Can I book a course and pay later or pay in instalments? No. All courses and classes have to be fully paid before a place can be reserved.
The course I want is full, what do I do now? If a course states that it is full, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we may be able to add you to a waiting list or advise when another class is due in the future.
I have booked my course, what now? Once your payment for the course has cleared, you will receive an email of confirmation of your booking, with directions to where the class is being held and along with any further details you will need to know for the day.
I have never done a floristry course before, does that matter? Not at all. Some of our classes will be designed for people that do have experience but many are for complete beginners. If you click on the information about the course it should help you to see if it is suitable. If you are not sure just contact us at email@example.com.
Me and a friend want to come do we get a discount? Usually no, however we do run offers through out the year where a friend can come for half price so look out for these dates.
Can I book more than one course at a time? Yes absolutely!
I have booked a class and I can longer attend what should I do? If you are no longer able to attend and the course is more than fourteen days away please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund. After this date unfortunately we are unable to give a refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more details.
I want to buy one of your accessories when will it arrive? There are different delivery options on the checkout, so select the one that is suitable for you.
Can I specify a delivery time? No. We can only guarantee that your product will be delivered between 7am and 7pm on the date of delivery. We cannot specify time of delivery.
How will I know that you have received my order? We will email you to confirm your order has been received and will supply you with your unique order reference number.
Do you deliver at the weekend? Yes, only on Saturdays. Delivery costs £10 (rather than £5 Monday to Friday).
How do I cancel an order? Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund, by contacting Flourish on email@example.com
